Refund and Returns Policy

Our Policy on Refunds and Returns for Digital Products and Services

Conditions for Refunds

LumaCast Store offers refunds on digital products and services under certain conditions. However, we highly recommend that you try a trial before making a purchase.

Refunds will ONLY be provided under the following conditions:

  • Full refunds are available for purchases made within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no full refund can be processed.
  • All other refund requests will be processed partially, based on the period of usage, if the issue stems from our end and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours. LumaCast support team will contact users for all refund cases.

Exclusions from Refunds

We will not issue a refund or partial refund in the following cases:

  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the product or service.
  • If the customer finds an alternative service.
  • If the customer refuses to apply the solutions provided for any issue.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 20 to 31 working days if paid via credit card. However, there may be cases where the refund takes up to 90 days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers, and these timeframes are beyond our control.

Our payment processors handle all refund requests, and we will do our best to expedite the process upon reviewing the request and verifying the user’s information.

Issues with Service Availability

If you encounter issues with service availability, such as freezing, buffering, or occasional downtime, please note the following:

  • Most issues are temporary and may be caused by factors such as internet fluctuations or problems with your device setup.
  • We regularly update and maintain our systems, and some temporary issues may arise during this process.

Extended Service Downtime

If you are unable to access your subscription for more than 72 hours due to issues on our end, we will offer either a full refund or add the lost time to your subscription, plus additional benefits that we can discuss.
